Oh Christmas Tree!

Thanks for visiting my blog today. I am part of a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all around the world who are training together in Kylie Bertucci’s Demonstrator Support Program 2019-2020 to grow and improve our Stampin’ Up! Businesses.
Each month we join in a fun Blog Hop together, sharing our creations with each other and with many other people around the world.  It would make my day if you would leave a comment for me at the top of my post and tell me where you are from.
After viewing my blog, please click on the blog links at the bottom of the page to hop on to see the awesome creations of the other Demonstrators in our training group.

Thanks to everyone who prayed for my husband, Steve, and his heart ablation surgery last week. It was a huge success and we are very grateful to God for the wisdom and ability He gave the doctor. There were a few bumpy spots when Steve was coming off the anesthesia, like when he was delirious and tried to get up in the middle of the night. I told him he needed to stay in bed and he replied, “You’re not the boss of me!” If you know my husband, he is one of the kindest people ever and would never say that to me. ( I guess when I think about it, I wouldn’t typically tell him what he can or can’t do either. ) 🙂

Steve was doing so well he was able to go with our two oldest sons and our family friends to the Bears football game in Chicago on Sunday. Ryan was celebrating his 24th birthday. Happy Birthday Ryan! Sean even flew in from Seattle for the celebration. I’ll get to see Sean when he’s home in a couple weeks for Thanksgiving.

While the boys were at the football game, Jean and I were busy making swap cards, darling 3-D boxes, and roommate gifts for OnStage, as well as my fudge boxes for Thanksgiving. I’m excited to show them all to you over the next couple weeks. I also can’t wait to go to Lansing and see many of my Stampin’ friends including the Pals and the Stampin’ Babes! My suitcase is almost packed!

I apparently used “you are not the boss of me!” when I was a kid. Glad to hear Steve’s surgery went well. I can’t wait to watch the replay on how you did the origami tree!
